Dapper Dan Tulenko started things off with a few musette pieces.
Longmont resident Dan Tulenko has been playing the accordion since age 11, having never quite been able to shake it's
irresistable tug on him. As the instrument has international musical influences, Dan enjoys all varieties of accordion music
from the Balkans, to France, to the Rio Grande.  Dan's love of the instrument has moved him to learn the art of accordion
repairs and restoration.  He can be reached at
dtulenko@earthlink.net  for performances, instruments, or repairs of your
treasured accordion.
Left to right:
Don Yaffe, Laurie Rugenstein,
John Klein, Barron Beshoar
Longmont guitarist Barron Beshoar
founded the Hot Club of Boulder last
summer with the specific goal of playing for
swing dances.  Performing an upbeat
selection of vocal standards and Django
instrumentals, Barron trades hot licks with
band mates and Berklee alumni Laurie
Rugenstein on violin and Don Yaffe on guitar.
 All three contribute vocals.

John Klein of Deco Django filled in on bass.
A highlight of day was Rosalyn Schulter who , at age 84, was the first to get out on the dance floor.
Rosalyn sang with her sisters as the Sinclair Triplets from 1937 to 1969.
Here she joins HCBldr on "All of Me."  Sing it, Rosalyn!
